compared to the two other work from Joe Benitez this one seemed a lot more violent and it feels like the authors representation of the frustration going on in high school and the desire to fit in or overpower then makes us think of fantasy that can oppress or get our cowardice a shortcut.
the art was just as good as any other of his works however the extremely slow build and the background wasn’t exactly satisfying. It feels majorly default and the main character is unrelatable, and very unlikable in my opinion. Even though the background characters are really interesting I don’t have strong enough desire to continue with the series.
