a leaf of spring – Aleksandr Sergeyevich

173 pages

contains two sides of the book makes is half the length. one page is written in Russian and the other is its English translation counterpart.

the book contains  original poems, translated poems such as Edgar Allan Poe’s the raven, and discussion on Socialism.

the interesting and more gripping thing about this book is that the author has been locked down for it. since it discusses the faults of Socialistic system they first send him to jail and when it became against the law to lock down people for political imprisonment, they deemed the author mentally unstable and send him off to Siberia.

I wont rate the book good or bad since I dont feel the right to do so.

instead ill just insert the poems I liked the most.
